Grandparents and Giants

Grandma and Grandpa have been in town for just a couple hours, but we've been busy. Danny's first item of business was to see they were introduced to the chickens. He pulled them right over from the car before they had a chance to step foot in the house.

We have some free time this afternoon, and Grandma couldn't find any clean laundry to sneak back and fold. So instead she found some curtains to hem. (See the cake on the table? It's their 61st Wedding Anniversary Today!!)

Today at school was Dodger blue day. I know, in Northern California? An atrocity for sure. So Brent made sure Kate wore proper attire to school. You can't see it from the picture, but she had face paint and all. Brent insisted on it.
