Geocaching!

We have a new hobby. We have joined the underground community of Geocaching! So far the kids and Brent, and sometimes me, have found 10 geocaches in two weeks. They are everywhere. One of our biggest delights to date was finding a travel bug that started in Finland. We are deciding where to plant it next, probably San Francisco. Our biggest tragedy, though, was Danny losing the plastic top he got from one of the geocaches into a snake hole. He was pretty devastated. Cheer up Danny, there will be other plastic tops.

We have a little geocache project we're working on as a family. Actually a big one. More details soon.

We had to cheer up with dipped cones from Taylors.
Speaking of treasure, we had a pirate bury a treasure right in our backyard! Can you believe it? And if it hadn't been for the Landons, we never would have known! We're lucky that pirate that keeps leaving you treasure sent your family our way.

  1. One of Clint's co-workers does this. It sounds like lots of fun. It looks like it is from the pics. You are looking really cute with your belly. How much longer do you have?

  3. Hi Jennie! Ya, we've really had fun with the kids so far doing geocaches. They're totally on board with it, and are even willing to do a good hike to get to the treasure! I have just under 2 months to go, I'm due the end of August.
