So I'm looking for suggestions for good family mottos. I've heard a couple good ideas from...
My brother-in-law's stake president: "Our family can do hard things."
My brother-in-law's alternative idea of the motto for his own family: "We hardly do things."
My sister and her husband, who were brainstorming and came up with pretty great one, it even rhymed, I wish I could remember how it went: "...Perrys always try, Perrys never cry..." I'll have to ask her.
I hear these things have to be catchy. (That's what Merrilee Browne Boyac says in her book, Parenting Breakthrough)
I tell my daughter "Fawsons don't complain," a lot. But that's not really working. And it's notably un-catchy. And I'm really looking for something that's more of an umbrella statement. I'm open for suggestions.
That one constant called Change.....
