I mentioned in my last post my enthusiasm for lunches alfresco. A soft pretzel outside the mall, lunchables outside Raley's, and sometimes picnics in more picturesque places, like the Auburn outdoor ampetheater. As a result, Kate and Danny and I know every good bench in our area, and even some good benches in downtown Sac. You could say we share something in common with all the area smokers (see exhibit one). Sometimes we have to defend our territory, or is it their territory?, and sometimes we find a seating arrangement to coexist peacefully. But we feel at least someone shares our enthusiasm for good outdoor seating.
