Look who we picked up in the park w no collar. He's about the easiest dog ever. The only problem is he blends in with our floor. No call from an owner yet. We put up a post on Craigslist (+ several other places) saying we'd found a lost puppy, and have gotten several emails from people looking for their lost dogs. So sad.
