These are the Christmas albums we're loving this year. We got the brass for Brent, he loves the sound of Christmas carols by brass quintets. And the gumbo was for me. How can you go wrong with a gumbo Christmas?
Speaking of holiday cheer, a woman in our ward had a good idea. She just left to get her son from his mission in Paraguay, I believe, and announced she'd be stuffing two huge suitcases full of clothes anyone wanted to donate so she could give them to locals in need. We had the kids each pick out an outfit of their own they'd like to give away, plus I added some things I'd been planing to donate. It was kinda nice for the kids to think of who might be getting them.
